We were founded in 2003 by an entrepreneur trying to solve a problem, who wanted to build traffic for his mobile site. He encountered complexity and fragmentation - it was just too hard to engage users. Congwen was born to remove roadblocks and enable mobile web businesses. We’ve built technologies to enable media businesses in mobile and continue to invest in tools to enable the mobile environment.
